Returns and exchanges
Return period:
- You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- If the product is defective or damaged, you have 21 days from delivery to submit a return claim.
Product condition:
- All returned items must be in their original, resalable condition.
- Items must include the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging with all accessories, instruction manuals, and blank warranty cards.
- Returns may be refused if products show any signs of wear, installation, or misuse.
- We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.
Non-returnable items:
- Used, installed, or modified products.
- Cut wire or cable.
- Light bulbs, unless defective or damaged in transit.
- Clearance or special-deal items marked as “final sale”.
- Special or custom orders.
Restocking fee:
- A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returned items that are not damaged or defective. This fee covers the costs associated with processing, inspecting, and repackaging the product.
- This fee is waived for defective products or if the return is due to an error on our part.
Process for returns
1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
- To initiate a return, you must first obtain an RMA number. Do not send items back without this number, as the return will be refused.
- Log in to your account and navigate to “Your Orders” to submit a return request. If you checked out as a guest, please fill out our online RMA request form.
2. Package your return:
- Once your RMA is approved, securely package the item in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
3. Ship the item:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds and processing
- Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy conditions.
- Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement.
- The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Warranty claims
- After the initial return period, all defective products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- For warranty claims, you should contact the manufacturer directly. We can help provide the necessary contact information.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
- If your order is damaged, incorrect, or has missing parts upon delivery, you must report it within 3 business days of receiving the product.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item at our expense and will send a replacement.
